At Shelcore we realize that it’s kids that play, learn and grow with our toys, but it’s the parents that purchase our products. With that in mind, who better to assist in design, provide input and critique our products. The “power of mom” is a key component within our corporate culture.
The Shelcore “Mothers Advisory Board” consists of Moms from across the country. They get to play with concept toys (of course, with their kids) and put them to the test. We then receive feedback about the toy’s performance and input as to how to make them better, or quite simply, get their seal of approval. Our Moms even have input on packaging and other key marketing aspects. So you see, we really do look to our customers to help us build the perfect toy for their kids.
